There is a 24hr timeframe to respond to our email. If you do not respond to us within the 24hrs your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

**We will gladly help you design the perfect set for you if you don’t know where to start. But No Freestyles you must be involved with the design process.

- 1 PREP KIT (alcohol pad, buffer, file, glue, nail adhesive tabs, and a wooden stick).
Shipping time:
Processing time 10-15 business days(the making of your nail set) this also depends on your response times.
Ship time: 3-4 business days.
