FAQ/Policies
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
At the moment all orders are shipped through USPS.
Processing time: 1-3 days(order picking and packing).
'Custom Set' services processing time: 10-15 days.(the making of your set, this also depends on your response times).
Shipping: 3-7 days(depending on where you are located).
*EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
Do we ship internationally?
At the moment we do not ship internationally.
Is my press on set reusable?
If you are going to reuse your press on set we recommend you clean your press on nails with alcohol and to get any old glue out of your nails using a nail drill.
What does my press on set include?
Your press on set includes extra nails(if your set has extras), instructions on application and removal, and 1 prep kit(buffer, file, brown wooden stick, liquid glue, glue tabs, & alcohol pad).
Do we offer custom sets?
Yes, we offer acrylic custom sets and gel custom sets. The links below will guide you directly to the custom set you would like.
Can I exchange for a different set?
Due to the nature of this product and for health and safety reasons there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
What’s my nail size?
Checkout our 'Magnifique Measuring' page(linked below) to ensure that you have the right size that is best for your nails.
Will my nails pop off?
With the proper prepping and application your nails should not pop off. Follow the instructions provided in your box. Don't have instructions? Refer to 'how do i apply my press on set?' FAQ.
How do I apply my press on set?
1. Gently push back cuticles with the wooden stick provided.
2. File your natural nails, then buff the nail bed to remove shine.
3. Clean your nails with alcohol pad provided.
4. Apply nail glue or nail tab to the natural nail.
5. Apply press on nail and hold for about 15 secs.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each nail.. Done!
Lost or theft?
Magnifique Prezzed is not responsible for any loss of theft once the carrier has your package. Any loss or theft please contact the carrier directly.
What if the press on nail set I purchased does not fit?
Please remember that you are responsible for measuring out your nails. If you need help with measuring your nails please visit our 'Magnifique Measuring' page first. If you still need help after please do not hesitate to email us. We do also offer a free sizing kit.
How long will my press ons stay on?
Nail Glue: 1-2 weeks
Nail Glue Gel: 2-4 weeks
Nail Tabs: Can be worn for a few hours or 1-2 days.
How are my press ons made? (Durability)
Here at Magnifique Prezzed we use high quality products and materials to ensure that our customers get the best use of their press ons.
Magnifique Sets Gel: 4-6 coats of gel polish(depending on the design).
Magnifique Sets Acrylic: Liquid monomer and acrylic powder(provides more strength and durability).
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchasing. If you have to cancel your order please email us asap within the 24hrs of your purchase.
After the 24hrs all sales are final! No cancellations will be accepted.
Will the press ons damage my natural nails?
The press on set should not damage your natural nails if you've followed the application and removal instructions correctly.
Removing nail glue with acetone?
Please remember that acetone can ruin your press on nail set. If you happen to get glue on your fingers/skin try using petroleum jelly or warm soapy water. If that does not work try dipping a cotton swab into acetone and applying it to the dried glue area on skin.
Should I cut or file my press ons?
Light filing is ok for your press on set but you SHOULD NOT cut the nails as it can mess up the sets design.
